1. About the service

Hockey One Vision Inc. provides a free social entertainment platform with original browser games inspired by rink and ice themes. The platform is designed for casual play. It is not a casino for staking real money, and it does not offer cash prizes, deposits, or withdrawals.

2. Vision Pucks and virtual scores

Games may display Vision Pucks or similar scores. These values exist only for entertainment and session feedback. They:

• have no cash or monetary value;
• cannot be bought, sold, traded, transferred, or redeemed;
• cannot be exchanged for money, goods, gift cards, or services;
• do not represent a claim against Hockey One Vision Inc.

3. Eligibility

7. Intellectual property

10. Disclaimer of warranties

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hockey One Vision Inc. and its directors, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Canadian consumer protection laws.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hockey One Vision Inc. from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, except to the extent caused by our own wrongful conduct.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live, courts in Toronto, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the site.
